At BY TERRY, we want you to be fully satisfied with your luxury beauty purchase. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original luxury box and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
